AKI & Pawpaw Feature In Flood With Love Campaign

The Flood with Love campaign enters another day with the touching picture of two Nollywood actors Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme.

The day 16 of the campaign features 'Aki' and 'Paw Paw', as they are commonly known, with the former weeping while he struggles to save the latter who appeared to be drowning.

Individuals who are interested to help the flood victims are to donate N100 by sending FLOOD to 35388 to help with the Flood Relief and Rehabilitation process.

The campaign has featured celebrities like, Eku Edewor, Stephanie Okereke Linus,Jay jay Okocha, Banky W, Onyeka Onwenu, 2face Idibia, TeeBillz and Tiwa Savage, Lynxx, Funke Akindele, Iyanya,Wizkid and Burna Boy and will feature celebrities in days to come.

Miss Nigeria Celebrates Nigeria's 53rd Independence In Style.

Reigning Miss Nigeria Miss Ezinne Akudo Anyaoha, on Tuesday October 1,2013 marked Nigeria's Independence Day with traffic personnel at Adeola Odeku Road / Ahmadu Bello Way intersection in Victoria Island, Lagos. Ezinne spent over an hour assisting the traffic personnel, comprising the Nigeria Police and LASTMA, to direct traffic at the busy intersection. The queen said she decided to join the traffic personnel on Independence Day to encourage their efforts and to also stress the importance of a safe road user culture. Tuesday's road show is one in a series of public endeavours outlined by the queen for her reign.

OJB Jezreel’s Kidney Transplant Surgery Delayed In India

Over 30 days after his arrival in India, the kidney transplant surgery of ailing music producer Babatunde Okungbowa popularly called OJB Jezreel has been delayed again.

The delay is necessary so as to facilitate safe transplant since doctors have to carry out all the necessary blood tests to ensure his safety.

At this stage, he is undergoing pre-transplant treatment.

OJB Jezreel is expected to have a major kidney transplant operation in the upcoming days.
